INTRODUCING THE ALL NEW PPX!

PPX is a newly developed product in our range that provides a super durable protection solution for all types of surface. Unlike our other materials this product is highly proficient being applied to materials and finishes with high energy surface such as polished metals and high gloss paint or power finishes.


The product can be heated to stretch around complexed curves and has self healing properties like a traditional permanent PPF material. Fitment is extremely easy with no specialised skillsets required.

PPX material characteristics:

  • Total Thickness (film + adhesive): 180 µm ±10%


  • Tensile Strength: ≥ 30 N/25 mm


  • Elongation at Break: ≥ 100%


  • Dimensional Stability (168h @ 70°C / 158°F): ≤ 0.2 mm 

PPX adhesive characteristics:

  • Peel Strength @ 180° (20 min): 1 N/25 mm


  • Peel Strength @ 180° (24 hr): 2 N/25 mm


  • Initial Tack: 5 N/25 mm


  • Adhesive Release Force: 0.1 N/25 mm


  • Adhesive Type: Solvent-based acrylic with immediate adhesion properties; easily removable without residue.
